Simon Grant BVSc DipER MRCVS

Simon GrantSimon formed Grant & Partners in 1976 before it evolved into the Isle Valley Veterinary Group.

Qualifications:

  • Batchelor in Veterinary Science - Liverpool University, 1974
  • Diploma in Equine Reproduction - Liverpool University, 1984
  • Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons

Specialisms and interests:

  • Equine reproduction including assisted reproduction
  • Arthroscopic ('keyhole') surgery on joints and tendons
  • AO fracture repair

Dominic Schneiders BVSc(Hons) CertEP MRCVS

Dominic SchneidersDominic joined Isle Valley Equine Clinic (then Grant & Partners) in 1988 and became a partner of the Isle Valley Veterinary Group in 1991.

Qualifications:

  • Batchelor in Veterinary Science - Liverpool University, 1984
  • Certificate in Equine Practice, 1990
  • Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons

  • Soft tissue surgery

Susannah Reynoldson MA VetMB MRCVS

Susannah ReynoldsonSusannah joined Isle Valley Equine Clinic in 2003.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine - Cambridge University, 1987
  • Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
  • Studying for Certificate in Equine Practice

  • Equine reproduction
  • Lameness investigation
  • Gun-dogs and point-to-pointing

Meet the Nurses

Fiona Andrews - Equine Nursing Assistant

Fiona AndrewsFiona became a member of the Isle Valley team in August 2009 having previously worked with hunters and point to pointers. She still has a keen interest in racing and point to pointers and in breeding and showing Jack Russell terriers. She is delighted to join Isle Valley and increase her veterinary knowledge.

Specialists

At Isle Valley Equine Clinic we also work with a variety of visiting specialists ensuring that the very best treatments are available whenever necessary. Visiting specialists offer services in:

  • Respiratory treatment and care
  • Internal medicine
  • Cardiology.

We also work with qualified physiotherapists and remedial farriers.
