Changes to our operations during the Covid-19 outbreak (24/3/2020)

The Stoke Sub Hamdon Small Animal branch and the Equine Clinic are remaining open during our normal office hours for telephone consults, medication orders and collections and emergency treatment only. There will be no routine/unnecessary visits to or from any of our branches for the foreseeable future.

Our Creech St Michael Small Animal branch is operating a reduced hour service but is still open in the mornings for emergencies and medication collection.

We are currently still able to send the majority of drugs by Royal Mail but they are no longer guaranteeing their Next Day Delivery service.

Telephone consultations can be requested from all branches but please be ready to email a photo or video of your pet or horse to the clinic on the appropriate email address (see below). You will be given a time-slot in which the vet can contact you by phone for up to a 15 minute consultation which will be charged at a cost of £20. The photos or video can also be reviewed in this time period.

Through setting standards and carrying out regular assessments, the Scheme aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.
