Changes to our operations during the Covid-19 outbreak (10/6/2020)

The Stoke Sub Hamdon Small Animal branch is remaining open during our normal opening hours for telephone consults, medication orders or collections and consulations plus emergency treatment. We are looking into a "new normal" being re-introduced here, however this is dependent on staffing levels and government guidelines in the following weeks and months.

Our Creech St Michael Small Animal branch is operating a reduced hour service but is still open in the mornings for emergencies and medication collection. We are looking into a "new normal" being re-introduced here, however this is dependent on staffing levels and government guidelines in the following weeks and months.

Our Equine Clinic has resumed normal consultations to some degree but please be aware there are strict measures in place to aid both your safety and the vets safety during this time. These include requirements such as: minimum of 2m social distancing, horses to be tied up on the yard or in their stables and only one person to be present (no partners, children or pets).

Clients MUST also inform the office prior to any visits if anyone is showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or if anyone at the property is shielding.

Telephone consultations can be requested from all branches but please be ready to email a photo or video of your pet or horse to the clinic on the appropriate email address (see below). You will be given a time-slot in which the vet can contact you by phone for up to a 15 minute consultation which will be charged at a cost of £20. The photos or video can also be reviewed in this time period.

We thank you all for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time.
