From Monday 19th July 2021 our COVID-19 policy will be as follows:
Please wear a face mask at all times when visiting the practice.
We will be allowing one person per pet into the practice.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entry and exit.
We will still carry out most of the consultation outside and invite you in with your pet for their examination. This is to limit the time spent in our small consultation rooms.
Please do not visit us if you are showing any signs of Covid-19, including the new Delta variant symptoms.
Please do not visit us if you’ve been asked to isolate due to being in contact with someone who’s tested positive for Covid-19.
We have been operating consistently throughout this global pandemic and we would hate to come this far through it, just for everything to be pushed back again.
Please, please, be respectful that whilst restrictions have eased, covid-19 has not gone away.
We know it can be scary and confusing for owners to not be able to come inside with their pets whilst the vets and nurses are doing their jobs. We thank all of our clients for bearing with us so far. We will start to allow one person inside the practice per animal as long as this stays safe for us to do so.
So for now please continue to wear a face mask at all times when visiting us. Please respect our protocols and decision on this matter. Please maintain social distancing and let’s try to get through this safely, kindly, and together.
